I want to be more than a coach for you. My mission is to help you get ahead in your career. I have a master's degree in exercise science, a personal trainer certificate and I am a sports massage therapist. I have worked as a strength and conditioning coach in the u18 sm team (u18 highest level), in the adult Finnish series, and have participated in numerous camps both in Finland (e.g. jp skating, finhockey) and abroad (iihf).
In addition to education and coaching experience, I am a former hockey player, so I know what development requires and where to pay attention to in training. Strength and conditioning has always been important to me and I have benefited enormously from training. I want to give you the best possible help to help you develop and move forward in your career.
